摘要：The invention relates to a security element (12) for security papers, valuedocuments and other data carriers, comprising at least one colour layer (20) containingmagnetically aligned magnetic pigments (44), which form a first motif (22) in the form ofpatterns, signs or an encoding that exhibits a dynamic movement effect when the securityelement is tilted. According to the invention, the first, dynamic motif (22) is combined witha second, static motif (28) in the form of patterns, signs or an encoding that is generatedby the action of laser radiation and the stationary outline of which, under observation,forms a fixed reference point for the dynamic motif.
