摘要：The present invention discloses a method for transmitting control information,including: categorizing downlink control information into common control informationand dedicated control information; extending a physical broadcast channel: dividing acommon control channel domain into a plurality of narrowband sub-control channeldomains by adding a position identifier; before a connection is established, sending,according to the position identifier, the common control information in each sub-controlchannel domain of the common control channel domain; and after the connection isestablished, selecting, according to a channel state of each sub-control channel domain, asub-control channel domain with a channel state that complies with a set standard, forsending the dedicated control information. In the present invention, a channel stateselection scheme is set, so that a base station selects a sub-control channel domain withgood connection quality and low load when sending downlink control information to anarrowband user terminal, thereby effectively improving reliability of control informationtransmission on a control channel for the narrowband user terminal.
